If you are interested in the health and well-being of the Collington Community Association, then serving on the Board of Directors may be the right job for you! Service on the Board is a serious commitment, but one that is essential to the continued success, functioning, and development of our community. Board members administer policy while ACS West staff (Collington Community Management Company) conducts the day-to-day operations of our community. The Board meets six (6) or more times per year including the Annual Meeting.
The Association has Three (3) open board positions this year. The three positions are 3-year terms. Election of Board members will be part of the Annual Meeting which occurs on Monday, October 19, 2026. Enclosed is the 2026 Nomination form for those interested in running for the Collington Community Association Board of Directors. Please remember that this election is for the Board and not any particular position. Positions are assigned after the election by the board members themselves.
Please complete the Board Nomination Form and forward it to Lee Ann King at ACS West, Inc., no later than September 10, 2026, in order to be placed on the ballot for the Annual Meeting. Candidate names will appear on the ballot/proxy in the order they are received. A biography with a headshot (photograph) should be emailed to ACS West by September 10, 2026. It will appear on the community website exactly as it is presented, so please proof carefully.
There will be one “Meet and Greet” event to meet the candidates. It will be held Thursday October 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
