CELLBADGE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR
COLLINGTON AND COLLINGTON EAST
Last year we partnered with Innovative Aquatic Solutions to join the growing number of local communities implementing CellBadge system technology for pool access. Everyone using our community’s pool facilities will need to register. If you registered last year, do not have any changes to your household and have a VALID status on your CellBadge account you do not need to take any additional action!
NOTE: This process can be completed on your cellphone (but not via the app).
How to register:
1. Go to the following website: [email protected]
2. Scroll down to the Blue section where it says ‘I need… to Register’ and click on the Registration button. On the next screen in the Green section where it says ‘Not Approved Yet? You need to register.’, enter the last name of the owner of record, street address, mobile number, email address and emergency phone number and click on the Request Access button.
You will need to wait until your address has been verified with the Chesterfield County Assessment Data website. NOTE: this can take up to 24 hours to verify. Once we have verified your address, you will receive a text message on the cellphone number you registered with that your CellBadge status is PENDING. You can click on the link in the text message to proceed to the next step.
3. Alternatively, you can go back into the CellBadge website and scroll down to the Blue section where it says ‘Registered Previously or Approved’ and enter your Email Address (the one you registered with) and your cellphone number (again the one you registered with) and click on the Request PIN button. Keep this window open on your cellphone.
4. You will then receive a text on your cellphone with a four-digit PIN number. Write this number down OR you can click on the text link and it will take you directly to the page to copy/paste the PIN number and click on the Register button.
5. If you wrote the number down, go back to the ‘Registered Previously or Approved’ window in CellBadge and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page where it says ‘Have you already received a PIN’. Select Click here and enter the four-digit PIN Number you received, and click on the Register button.
6. Next you will move to the Tan section where it says ‘Household Information - UNREGISTERED’. Please verify the information in the first section, and then proceed to the Blue section immediately below where it says ‘Household Members’ and enter your First Name, Last Name, Relation/Age Group, Gender, Cell Number and click on the Blue camera icon. On the ‘Member Photo Upload’ screen click on the +Select file button. A question will pop up and ask if you want to use your ‘Photo Library’ or ‘Take a Photo’. Select the method you prefer. Then either take your picture or select the file, and click the ‘Use Photo’ prompt (if you took a picture) or check-mark (if you used a picture from your photo library) and wait for the picture to appear on the Member Photo Upload screen. Then click on the Save button. That will take you back to the ‘Household Information – UNREGISTERED’ page. Click on the +Add Member button to add any other full time household members to your account repeating this same process. Once you are finished entering all full time household members and pictures, scroll to the bottom of the page, check the box indicating you agree to follow the facility (i.e. pool) rules and click on the Complete Registration button.
NOTE: We will only accept FACE photos. We cannot accept any full body pictures, pictures of residents with sunglasses or hats, or other objects. Do not add anyone not living in the home full time since they can come to the pool as a guest. For any adults living in the household full time that are not listed in the county records as an owner, you will need to provide proof of residency (e.g. copy of a piece of mail addressed to the individual at that address, copy of a bank statement (financial information redacted), utility bill, etc.). Copies of these documents need to be sent to [email protected].
Once these steps are fully completed and we confirm your dues have been paid, you will receive a text message confirmation that your account is COMPLETED (Valid) and you can access the pool. If all steps are not complete, your account will remain Invalid in the system until completed and you will not have access to the pool. Depending on the volume of requests received at the time of your registration, it could take several days to receive final approval.
Nanny Passes are available for $75 (same as last year). If you need a pool pass for your
Nanny, include that individual as a member of your household and upload their face photo as noted in Step 6 above. Please reference ‘Nanny Pass’ in the memo line on the check. If you have otherwise completed the registration process, access will be approved for your family and then later for the Nanny once the check has been received/processed. This process can take 7-10 business days. Please send your check for $75 (made out to the Collington HOA) to the address listed below.
Landlords leasing their property will need to sign a waiver relinquishing their rights to their Collington HOA amenities to allow their tenants access to the pool. The Landlord Release form is available on our Collington HOA website under Committees/Pool Information/Badge Request page (at the bottom) and must be sent to [email protected] before tenant access will be approved/allowed. Any other arrangements are strictly between the landlord and tenant.

All the above instructions apply to you as well for registering on CellBadge, with the addition of completing a waiver and mailing a check for $422.13 (made out to the Collington HOA) to ACS West at the address listed below. If you registered last year and do not have any changes to your household, you do not need to do anything to your CellBadge account. Just mail your check and waiver.
The Collington East Waiver is available on our Collington HOA website on the Committees/Pool Information page (at the bottom) and must be received before access will be approved/allowed for the season. Processing time can take up to 7-10 business days. Please do not wait until the last minute to start your registration. Opening Day at the pool is May 23, 2026!
