Membership to the Collington Pool is limited to community residents. Proof of residency is required to obtain membership. Proof of residency required is: State issued drivers licence or ID card, recently postmarked utility bill, voter registration card, mortgage documents or lease agreement. Membership will be suspended if a resident is not in good standing with the HOA.
NOTE: For those leasing the homeowner will need to submit an email to the pool committee relinquishing their rights to the pool before membership may be given. To obtain a pool pass, please contact the safety committee at [email protected]. Please remember the people you contact are resident volunteers who often work full time jobs so please allow a few days for them to respond. Entry will be at the time specified in your reservation. They will have a small white board at your table with your name on it for you and your party. You will need to honestly answer a few yes/no questions from the lifeguard. They are required by the executive order to ask these questions. This is a trying time with many beliefs of all different kinds, please just answer and move along. The lifeguards are minors in many instances, just trying to earn a summer living.

- We cannot have more than fifty (50) people inside the fence (not including the lifeguards)
- Party must be six (6) or less people
- No pool toys allowed
- Lost and found must be thrown away at the end of the day (except valuables)
- One person in your party must be eighteen (18) or older
- The guest policy is suspended due to limited space and time, RESIDENTS ONLY
- No nanny pass use
- Furniture cannot be moved
- Splash pad is closed
- Wading/kiddie pool is closed except for putting your legs in
- No Waitlist for any missed reservations
- One reservation per seven day period (this will be revisited based on volume)
- Arrive and leave from the main gate
- You must leave immediately at the end of your session for sanitation
- No makeup sessions if you miss your session or weather causes the pool to shut down.

- The wading/kiddie pool area is reserved for putting your legs in (this does not count towards our allowed number in lane, no one should be sitting in this pool area, just on the edge (maintain 6 feet apart)

- A station to fill water bottles, the fountain to drink from will not be open
- Bathrooms will be open
- Picnic/party area closed and taped off
- Splash Pad Closed and taped off
- Should a resident needing ADA accommodations sign up, lane 8 will be designated for their use regardless of lane chosen to use. If more than one is needed, time will be given for use of the lift.
- Seating will be assigned with your lane (see illustration)
- You will have your own “pod”
- You will get a table, umbrella, 4 chairs and 2 lounges
- Seating is not to be moved

- You are visiting at your own risk. Please keep your safety, and the safety of others in mind at all times.
- Reserved time slots are 45 minutes. You must leave the pool deck when the reservation is over to allow for safe entry and exit and time to cleanup and sanitize.
- You may arrive 5 minutes before the reservation time, however the gate will not open until the reservation time begins
- You are only allowed one slot per day.
- You are only allowed one reservation per week.
- Reservations close 2 hours before the time slot.
- You are reserving a swim lane and pool deck section. You are restricted to this lane and section.
- Only a maximum of 6 household members per lane, no guests.
- One member of the party must be an adult. Everyone over 6 years old must present a Pool Pass.
- Only 48 members are allowed inside the fence at one time.
- Members must depart the pool area when their reserved time is over.
- Gates will remain closed until the next reservation time slot starts.
- Members must attempt to maintain a distance of 10 feet from members in other households.
- No outside food is allowed, for drinks - only water bottles (NO GLASS).
- There will be no water fountain, but there will be a bottle refill station.
- No floats or pool toys allowed. Goggles and lifejackets are permitted.
- Any types of swimming will be considered exercise.
